In 1997, Paul Bocuse instigated on a national scale “Le Printemps des
Saveurs” (Flavors Sring). In
the south of France, the Tourism Board of Six-Fours organizes the event.
It’s the moment to
discover greedy menus with tender prices in the restaurants of Six-Fours, La
Seyne sur Mer and Ollioules from April 24th to 27th,
2014.
42 Chefs reveal their
talents by cooking special dishes for
the occasion. A romantic dinner, a family gathering or with friends, share a
unique moment by celebrating the gastronomy and the spring!
I must say that I have
a soft spot for "Le Repère" in Six-Fours and his « Lollipops of fresh goat cheese and dried figs, with pistachio
nuts and ratatouille”…yummy !
